Kitchen Team Member

TBC

You don’t need any experience to join us as a Kitchen Team Member. You do need to be able to demonstrate that you are a great team player as well as being able to work unsupervised during busy times and be keen to learn.

Our kitchen staff are very much one team, and it will be expected that a kitchen team member takes responsibility for every aspect of the kitchen, including cooking, food preparation, health and safety standards, cleaning, stock rotation etc.

With limited public transport links to Arrochar, it is ideal that you have your own mode of transport. If you do use public transport, please keep in mind the relevant train/bus times before you apply. Shifts finish when the kitchen is closed and cleaned, and depending on how busy service is, this can be anywhere from 21:30 to 22:30 or later. Shifts can start at any time of day, from as early as 10:00am, to a shorter shift starting at 17:00, with some breakfast shifts also available week to week. We are always happy to discuss shift patterns and scheduling requests if you are interviewed.

We invest in our people and operate an award-winning internal training programme, as a Kitchen Team Member this will give you the opportunity to develop your career.
