We have an exciting opportunity for a General manager at the Commodore at Lowestoft which is a beautiful pub overlooking the Broads River. With a large beer garden and two large bars and two kitchens to ensure we cater to the local community and tourists creating a warm welcoming atmosphere watching the sun setting over the broads.

The successful applicant must have experience of being within a management team at a wet led pub with good food skills. The General Manager will have a passion for operational excellence, high standards and customer service and show flair and an entrepreneurial touch when it comes to driving events and sport and ensuring a great ROI.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and develop your team to increase your market share, deliver expected profit line and make The Commodore the best pub in Lowestoft Please explain your previous successes in managing a wet led local pub.
