Breakfast Team Member (Part-Time)

At voco Grand Central Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Breakfast Team Member…

We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time, across a minimum of 2 shifts (16 hours) per week. Being flexible would be a great plus!

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.  At voco Hotels we are reliably different, the trusted name above the door but with a distinctive character. We believe that everyone is a host and are looking for someone who can help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are paying £10.90 per hour, all hours worked paid for.

As a Breakfast Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be welcoming our guests to breakfast, explaining the concept to our guests and taking any hot drinks order. You will also keep an eye on the buffet, replenishing items when needed and helping out setting up for afternoon teas and making sure guests are happy at all times! To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host (breakfast experience would be a plus!)
• Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
• Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
