Due to internal development, we are now looking for the next superstar to take the reins at this jewel of a business!

Slug & Lettuce Oxford is a perfectly formed, packed with desirable pre-bookable areas, including separate Cocktail Masterclass station as Pre-Booked Sales play a huge part to the continued success of this venue and the layout really helps deliver the guest experience here as well as a rooftop Garden to soak up the summer sun.

Situated in the centre of Oxford, Slug and Lettuce does have it all, with a strong food offering and great Cocktails, ideal for our guests to enjoy a sedate lunch, an evening meet up with their besties & share a tree and a platter through to the weekends when the town and Slug really come to life!

Operating until late on a Friday & Saturday where our resident DJ creates that weekend party atmosphere to entertain locals, tourists, and celebratory party goers alike. Slug really has something for everyone and delivers a phenomenal experience to all! With a late license Slug becomes the place to be seen! Saturdays are the real party here, starting from 10am with breakfast through to Brunch with the girls – there really is only one venue to be in!

As General Manager you must have proven success managing a large volume “Premium” business with the emphasis on consistently high standards, especially around the delivery of Brand Standards and the quality of our food and drinks offer.

The team at Slug & Lettuce Oxford are large in number, therefore as a General Manager you need to be an inspirational leader, your team focus will need to be on point to ensure that the team continue to be engaged, motivated as well as recognised and rewarded for their efforts.

You will be financially astute, comfortable networking within the town, possess the ability to drive pre-bookable sales as well as always ensuring the business trades safe and legal.
