Conference and Events Sales Manager

What you'll be doing:
Levy UK & Ireland in partnership with Rangers FC are looking for a poised self-starter. An individual motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.

Reporting to the Venue Director youwill hold a hands on and proactive senior sales position and beresponsible for the performance of the conference and events (C&E) sales.

You will play an integral part within ourteam and part of your role will beto develop beneficial and productive relationships with new and existing C&E clients.

We require a"can do "attitude, someone who is able to motivate and inspire others and be a trueambassador for ourbusiness.
More about the role:
  • Maximise revenue for the Venue through effective and efficient Conference & Event enquiry handling
  • Provide outstanding customer service through the achievement of set key performance indicators
  • Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
  • Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service across phone, online 3 rd party and email enquiries
  • Be inquisitive about forecasts, budgets and pace reporting and build knowledge to help drive overall strategy of the business
  • Accuracy of information in Delphi and LVP SmartSheet, load all enquiries, report any shortcomings in online profiles and property bibles. Aligned to this is a keen interest and thirst for knowledge of competitor options through research, questioning and record all data to help shape our overall strategy
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge - fulfil on site meetings in the venues from time to time, growing own knowledge of the venue, cascading new developments to colleagues in the Central Team and build an accurate picture of the venues offer
