As a key member of theInside Sales Team, you will report into the Head of Lead Generation, and be responsible for qualifying new business leads and setting first appointments to meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall growth of Compass Group UK & Ireland's growth.

This is a fully remote 12-month fixed term contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify new business leads based of our target lists from your Sales director using Sales Engagement software - Outreach. You will use emails, calling and Linkedin outreach to qualify leads
  • Generating pre-tender appointments for your sales team based off of new business leads you have qualified
  • Undertake research into new markets to scope out pipeline potential for your sales team
  • Building a Linkedin network for yourself and connecting with relevant prospects within the buying matrix for your opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for new sales collateral to be developed and sent across to prospects when working on specific opportunities and share these requests with your Inside Sales Marketing Manager
  • Work alongside Inside Sales Marketing during to utilise Linkedin campaign data buying signals to further drive your new business lead qualifications and appointment settin#

About you:
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a passion to learn and understand the sales funnel process
  • You'll be entrepreneurial, target oriented and passionate about the Compass brands you'll be supporting
  • Target focused and confident at handling objections to achieve your revenue goals
  • Excellent telephone manner will be outgoing and thrive working in a close-knit team
  • You'll possess commercial awareness, constantly seeking new opportunities to generate revenue
Who you are:
Essential Criteria:
  • 3 rd level education or Level 4 Apprenticeship in a business related discipline eg Finance, Marketing, Law or Business studies

Desirable Criteria:
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales role
  • Experience working to KPI's
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Experience using Microsoft office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
