Sous Chef - Production Kitchen

What you'll be doing:
You will work closely with our industry leading team of chefs as an integral part of the kitchen brigade, contributing to the exceptional creativity of our canapé and à la carte menus. You will also support the Head Chef with all aspects of daily kitchen management. Working with the freshest seasonal produce and within a highly talented and dynamic brigade, you will be responsible for contributing to the quality and delivery of all menus and the smooth running of the Kitchen
More about the role:
  • Working with Exec Chef, producing high end and high quality food for hospitality
  • Supporting in the creationof exciting menu concepts
  • Adhere to H&S and F&H standards
  • Stock taking and ordering of stock
  • Deputise in the Exec Chefs absence
