We’re looking for an on the ball and knowledgeable Management Partner or duo who love their community. You’ll be an expert plate spinner. Someone who understands the importance of making all guests feel welcome and supporting their team.

You’ll be proud to represent your pub within the community. One ear will always be to the ground understanding what matters to your locals. We need a big personality. Someone who knows what makes a popular event. You’ll ensure your guests have a fantastic time with high-quality service, food, and drink. You’ll be youthful with high energy and ready to create a buzzing atmosphere to attract a young audience at weekends.

The Alexandra pub needs a character who knows their regulars. You’ll know what they drink, where they like to sit and take a genuine interest in their story. Conversations at the bar will be full of laughter. Nothing will be too much trouble for you. You’ll also love serving tasty food and bringing your pub to life on social media.

There is also an excellent opportunity for you to be the centre of this community. The successful Management Partner will build upon the food reputation by delivering delicious pub classics. You’ll know what your regulars love!

There is also a big opportunity to drive sales by hosting key date events: Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and Bank Holidays. The locals love live entertainment. So, by building trust and confidence over time, events will ensure your customers return week after week.

The pub and location

The ideal operator will take advantage of the fact that the pub sits in Farnborough town centre, just five minutes walk from the train station. You’ll bring a friendly local pub to life serving delicious food and a generous drinks selection.

Guests love the large beer garden, which is a popular suntrap, with marquees and outdoor screens. You’ll be enthusiastic about sport, taking advantage of the new screens to show major events. A large audience will flock to your pub to watch sport. Locals love the regular events, so you’ll use your big personality to host poker, quizzes, live music, festivals, and garden parties. The plush kitchen will help you to launch your popular food menu.

The private accommodation on the first floor, with two ensuite bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen diner, will help you embrace your local community. Your chef or assistant manager can also use the bedsit on the first floor above the pub.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.
