What you'll be doing:

You will be responsiblefor the local sales activity for both venues working alongside the Regional Director of Sales.
More about the role:
  • Support your allocated venues business by achievement of agreed targets
  • Account Manage local accounts to maximise sales opportunity predominantly in the C&E market and supporting local corporate bedroom accounts too
  • To source and grow training, day delegate and 24-hour conference business, through your local account portfolio and work with the Regional Director of Sales (RDoS) and The Venues Collection (TVC) Group Sales Team
  • Source and deliver new business to both properties and the group where possible
  • Deliver a new business revenue target
  • Work and develop relationships with charities and associations within your allocated geographic area to drive
  • Manage & maximise local account portfolio for both venues, ensuring profitable revenue growth levels year on year
  • Identify and develop new C&E and LNR business
  • Undertake business reviews, review market share, MI, action plans and joint client activities
  • Create local awareness of venues

  • Remote working visiting the relevant venues however the role is predominately field based, the need is for the role to be travelling in the region
