HOW IT WORKS

We pay you 18% of the net sales every week for managing the pub for us including a monthly bonus for hitting targets! The Food Operation is 100% the managers profit.

We pay all the business bills –

• Entertainment, 
• Repairs, 
• Maintenance, 
• Stock, 
• Glassware, etc…

All the tools of the trade including the stock are provided by ourselves, you will have a budget for

• Team sponsorship, 
• Marketing Materials 
• Food menu development and much more.

To be successful all you need to do is be able operate the pub to the required company standard.
