The Woolpack is a newly decorated pub is situated in the heart of Smeeth village. It is one mile off the A20 Ashford/Folkestone Road near the North Down Way. It is an imposing 1930 build with a huge garden and ample parking. This traditional public house has a wooden bar servery hosting several cask ales including various international brands with a large back bar for merchandising and spirits. The public bar area is in the middle of the property and is popular with locals who visit to relax with drinks. The side bar was previously this was used as a games area with a pool table which could be re-introduced but is currently used for relaxed drinking and dining. A dedicated dining area on the other side of the bar could seat around 40 covers and is supported by a trade kitchen. The expansive beer garden is spread across three main areas and has huge potential for the new publican to develop the customer offer. Regional Manager's Thoughts

This is a golden opportunity to build a fantastic business in a great location. Success lies in developing both the beer garden and the food offer to attract families and diners from further afield. I am keen to hear from experienced publicans who are willing to get involved with community life.
