Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily liaison with Supply Chain, Foodbuy, Avanti (props and ops), suppliers, and third parties' route to market.
- Manage day to day strategy and relationships
- Liaison point between supplier and client
- Ensure all pricing and descriptions are correct
Our ideal Junior Buyer will:
- MUSThave Food and beverage buying experience
- Budgeting and true cost negotiations
- Experience with building and developing relationships with clients and suppliers
- Experience creating strategy and business plans
- Hold strong commercial acumen
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Buying experience with the ability to manage supplier relationships at all levels
