More about the role:
  • Working with Executive Head Chef, producing high end and high quality food for Staff Dining & Hospitality
  • Supporting in the creationof exciting on trend menu concepts
  • Adhere and drive to H&S and F&S standards within the kitchen
  • Stock taking and ordering of stock
  • Deputise in the Executive Head Chefs absence
  • Be confident, a leader and decision maker- challenging boundaries
