Overall Purpose of the role
Providing nutrition to the youth and Women players and staff of Chelsea F.C at one of the country's most prestigious football training grounds.
As a CDP, you serve as an assistant to the Senior or Junior Sous Chef. Your duties include the preparation, cooking and delivery of food to provide competitive advantages to the Academy and Women's teams at Chelsea F.C.
You will also work alongside the senior chefs to manage daily kitchen activities, including the implementation of the Levy's food safety management system, health & safety practices, overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring stock levels.

- To prepare and produce food to the required standard, taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure all culinary offers strive to exceed the Academy kitchens needs.
- Assisting the Senior Chefs to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
- To ensure the effective control of a specific station within the kitchen.
- Work collectively with the Academy culinary team to ensure food service delivery is conducted in a prompt and efficient manner.
- To carry out the directions of more senior members of the culinary team and assist in the coordination of more junior members.
