What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Caretaker to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group UK&I on a full time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out occasional non-routine cleaning tasks, such as spillages, as required.
- Sprinkle rock salt on pathways, driveways areas in anticipation of, and during, adverse weather conditions
- Carry out security procedures for the building
Our ideal Caretaker will:
- Customer service skills - ensure that all visitors are dealt with courteously.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Supervisory skills, but with ability to work as a team member.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Experience in building maintenance.
- Understanding of boiler plant operation.
- Experience of caretaking, cleaning and security.
- Ability to assist in preparation of planned maintenance programs.
