Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests.  There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow.  The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting rooms.

You will be involved in duties such as:

• Ensure the group brand standards are respected
• Use of the SOP
• Register stock in & out
• Ensure guest saftey
• Food hygeine complience
• Participate in opening/closing of the department
• Participate in the organasation of kitchen service

Knowledge and Skills required:

Training

• previous kitchen experiance

Expertise

• Understanding food hygiene HACCP
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures
• Good knowledge of ingredients & cooking methods
• Ability to understand & follow guidelines
• Food Level 2
• Knowledge of food allergens
