We're currently recruiting a dedicatedPayroll Administrator to support the payroll operations in our Energy sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage payroll processing from start to finish
- Collection and processing of timesheets, absences, supplementary pay and expenses as per cut off dates
- Supporting managers to ensure that payroll documentation is completedaccurately for processing
Who you are:
Our ideal PayrollAdministrator will:
- Previous experience supporting payroll administration for circa. 850 employees
- Proficient in SAP (processing absence, substitutions etc)
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, data collation, vlookup etc)
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to interpret and analyse numerical data.
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintaina high level of confidentiality
