Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage payroll processing from start to finish
  • Collection and processing of timesheets, absences, supplementary pay and expenses as per cut off dates
  • Supporting managers to ensure that payroll documentation is completedaccurately for processing


Who you are:
Our ideal PayrollAdministrator will:
  • Previous experience supporting payroll administration for circa. 850 employees
  • Proficient in SAP (processing absence, substitutions etc)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, data collation, vlookup etc)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Ability to interpret and analyse numerical data.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintaina high level of confidentiality

What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicatedPayroll Administrator to support the payroll operations in our Energy sector.
  • Role is based in the Westhill office with some flexibility to work from home
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
