Artemis at Blackwell Grange are embarking on a large-scale recruitment process to meet the demands of our forward booking schedule, which is full with events that had to change booking dates due to lockdown. 

Artemis are looking for a passionate Bar Manager based at Blackwell Grange, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining and event bars, together with a strong background in food led establishments.

Requirements   

  • 1 years’ experience as a bar manager. 

  • Personal Licence holder. 

  • Willing to become the DPS if required. 

  • Own transport is essential due to the location.    

  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.   

Responsibilities  

  • Report to the General Manager day-to-day, the Group Bar Manager is your departmental head. 

  • Some lone working. 

  • Management plus delivery of both administrative and the operational aspects of the weddings.  

  • Compliance with the legalities and licensing regulations of the provision of alcohol.  

  • Stock ordering and control
