The Role of a Rooms Division Manager

We are looking for a Rooms Division Manager to lead our operation to success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Front of House and Housekeeping departments.

You will assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of team to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests and meet the agreed departmental financial targets.

We are looking for a self-motivated forward-thinking individual with a strong Rooms Division background. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your teams and influence across all areas of the business.  You will be a Leader of Leaders.

As Rooms Division Manager you will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with managers to identify and support needs at all levels. You will be an inspirational leader, who is passionate in delivering extraordinary guest experiences and who takes pride in sharing success with your team.
