This is a permanent full-time position (following a probationary period) working 5 out of 7 days, 39 hours per week, including some late nights and weekends

As a Counter Team Leader you will...

·         Drive the performance of the team and counter consisting of hot chicken, pizza and pasta.

·         You'll be overseeing the running of shifts and helping to ensure that all standards are met in terms of quality, service, hygiene, financial audits and health & safety.

·         Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

·         Take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements

·         Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

·         Proactively develop your skills and knowledge to be the best at what you do

·         Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
