Working shifts over a 7 day operation, you will be required:

Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.

maintain personal hygiene and follow food safety.

Responsible for daily tasks across the kitchen.

Helping with deliveries and restocking.

minimising food wastage.

Assisting with stock rotation.

working as part of a team.

This is a great oppourtuntiy to learn from one of the countries well known chefs
