Kitchen Assistant Apprentice

Duties include:
  • prepping and date control of food items
  • upkeeping very high hygiene standards
  • preparing food and serving to customers
  • daily cleandown and ordering of stock.

Daily split shifts with 2 days off a week, late night kitchen at the weekends. Apprentice will have the opportunity to work with a well established local restaurant orchestrating their take out menu to the bar.
Training opportunities available such as First Aid and management.
Very loyal, experienced and welcoming team.
This role will encourage independent working and proactive forward thinking,
Input into the menu is encouraged so room for a lot of creativity too.
