Magda and the team at the Sir John Balcombe are looking to recruit a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.

The Sir John Balcombe is a tradition style London pub located 5 minutes walk from Marylebone Station. Set on a residential street surrounded by mews style housing and mansion flats.

Frequented by loyal locals and workers from surrounding offices, the SJB is known for it's friendly welcome and great atmosphere.

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Manager with experience delivering traditional pub food with a mix of fresh and pre-packaged products.

As Kitchen Manager / Head Chef we need you to have a full understanding of food safety and safe working practices along with a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience as you will be managing a small team.
