Commis Chef Apprenticeship

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT

As an apprentice, you will learn how to prepare and cook fresh food to order.

You will be involved with

food service,

cooking and plating dishes as and when food orders come on.

You will also assist in the day to day running of the kitchen:

storing away deliveries,

maintaining good standards of hygiene & cleanliness and help with any prep lists and orders that need to be placed.

Once you have developed your skills, you may be asked to create new dishes to be available on our specials menu.

Shifts will be negotiable, Monday – Sunday, 10am – 11pm. The hours can be unsociable.

Own transport required as we are not on a bus route.
