The Olive Tree is a gastro pub set in the old market town of Romsey, known for its style, charm and beautiful surroundings. They provide excellent customer service along with freshly cooked seasonal menu. They take pride in what they do and are known the place to be.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join the busy kitchen team at The Olive Tree, learn the trade and work towards a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.
Duties will include:
• Plating up and presentation of food
• Taking instruction from senior chefs
• Preparing fresh food in our kitchen
• Cooking food in our kitchen
• Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchen and bin areas
• Working daytime shift, evenings and weekends is all part of the job.

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Expected Duration

12 Months

Working Week

Monday- Sunday 38 hours minimum
