We are looking for a new Restaurant Manager to bring their own creative and passionate flair to THE PIG. Everything we do is about our food, from our garden produce to our 25-mile menu, the Restaurant Manager needs to be a special kind of food nut! This really is the top job in our ‘Restaurant with Rooms’, many of our current Hotel Directors started as Restaurant Managers.
You will have the freedom to bring new ideas and ways of working to all that you do. Working with our chefs and gardeners, you will teach and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experiences. There is no such thing as a quiet day at THE PIG however, this challenging role will put you working alongside, and learning from industry legends.
Our Restaurant Managers are free from the traditional image of high-level service delivery, what we do is with passion and care but without the pomp and ceremony - do you want to wear jeans and converse to work?
We want you to talk openly and honestly about your passion for food, ensuring our guests have the best experience enhanced by your knowledge. Developing those around us is in our DNA, whilst you will train and develop your team, we will support you in your own development goals.
Ideally you will have relevant experience in a similar role. Working as a Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager is a minimum requirement as this role needs someone with an understanding of running a busy restaurant.
