The Role

As a Kitchen Steward you will assist the Assistant Chief Stewards / Stewarding Supervisor in all stewarding related matters in the back of house areas concerning food and beverage equipment. Ensuring work areas, all silverware, glass and cutlery are hygienically clean. Ensuring that all Departmental Food, Health and Safety Policies are met at all times.

The Person

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Must have previous experience of working in a kitchen/catering environment in a similar front or back of house post
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Able to build effective relationships at all levels
• Must have demonstrable customer service skills, with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs
