Sous Chef
We are very excited that the Plough and Harrow Drakes Broughton will be opening very soon and we are looking for a Sous to come and join our team.
You will be:

- Takes pride in your work, strive to achieve standards and look for feed back to continuously improve yourself

- Able to work a variety of shift patterns including late evenings and weekends
Experience in a similar role is very much desired but we will consider people with experience in different backgrounds of professional cookery.
