This is a great opportunity for a Restaurant floor Manager or Supervisor looking to step up and join a critically acclaimed restaurant and grow within the collection.

 

We're looking for an experienced Manager from a high standard of dining / Michelin Star background to support the Restaurant Manager at Corrigan's Mayfair and Bentleys Oyster Bar.

 

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering and maintaining high standards of service skills and and leading and motivating the team.

 

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, managing financials such as labour cost and stock management as well as health and safety and working alongside the kitchen team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

 

The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have:

 

  • A Passion for food and beverage, people and warm hospitality
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Wine knowledge is a benefit but not crucial
  • Food hygiene knowledge and health and safety requirements
  • The drive to go above above and beyond the job role

Daffodil Mulligan - Our rebellious and fiery sister restaurant in East London. Open kitchen with a wood oven, charcoal grill and Oyster Bar.

 

Virginia Park Lodge - Our hunting lodge in Ireland. Established in 1750. It sits on 100 acres which includes a lake and our walled garden which provides produce for our restaurants in London.

 

Dickies Bar - Our cocktail bar in Corrigan's Mayfair. Opened in conjunction with the training manager of the Dead Rabbits in New York. The drink list is a classic take on highballs and cocktails based around seasonality.

 

Gibney's London - Sister bar of Gibney's Malahide. Saloon bar - New York and Dublin meets East London. Great selection of beers, ale and stout's on tap. We even serve our own house stout. Live music and Sports feature heavily in its DNA.
