Bar & Bistro Manager

The main purpose of the role is to support the company and the Park Manager in the opening and day to day running of the new Bar and Bistro at the Whitby Holiday Park, 

1. To supervise the smooth running of the cafe bar restaurant operations.

2. Stock and financial control.

3. Staff recruitment, training and development.

4. Hygiene, Health and Safety control.

5. Observing legislation and company policy.
