What you'll be doing:
Head Chef - Milton Keynes
Up to £29,230per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday Role - 7am - 3:30pm
Benefits include: Free meal on shift, free car parking, uniform provided.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced HeadChef to lead our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this unit. This site provides a Breakfast and Lunch service and your team to produce the highest quality meals to all customers on site.
As the HeadChef,you will be an ambassador for Eurest for all things food related, striving to innovate the food offer and keeping abreast of current food trends and remaining competitive with any food offer in terms of food quality, presentation and style.

- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
- Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
- Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
- Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
- Proven experience in a role as HeadChef being able to demonstrate a track record of catering for large numbers
- Have a ‘big personality' .Great people skills and be able to lead, develop, train and inspire a large team.
- Have a real passion for food and customer service along with bags of enthusiasm and recognising that customer engagement is key.
- Food Innovation and development is essential along with being up to date with current food trends
- Possess an exceptional drive for quality and innovation
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Superb culinary skills
- Good financial understanding
- High standards and be quality driven
- Excellent organisational skills
- A 'Can do' attitude
- Strong commercial experience
