As part of our wholesale team, our Wholesale manager has a love of great coffee, are exceptional at delivering customer service, have a passion for looking after all our clients and their coffee needs as well as growing and developing our commercial performance.

The Candidate:

 Has an understanding of specialty coffee in the UK

 Has experience using management software Xero, Unleashed and Shopify (not essential)

 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

 Competent in all Microsoft programmes

 Proven track record of growing sales and maintaining relationships

 A people manager, ability to growth and manage a team

Role and responsibilities:

 Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale team, both sales and account managers

 Promote all our products and be a GB ambassador led by our core values and behaviours

 Look for opportunities to engage with and support wholesale accounts

 Be able to perform first-fix repairs on coffee equipment

 Coordinate and process 3rd party technical support for your customers

 Conduct training when required from our Roastery or at customers’ locations

 Attend trade events/ exhibitions as required.

 Arrange and host sales meetings with new customers at a variety of locations and settings

 Keeping new business Pipeline up to date, tracking all prospecting and lead management activities

 Working with our roastery team and founders to help identify prospects and improve conversion rates

 Working with Head of Coffee on The Coffee programme and forecasting sales so Green bean orders can be planned

 Be generous with your approach to coffee sales, developing plans and strategies to achieve this

 You will be supplied with a laptop; barista kit; any extras are subject to sign off by the Operations Director.
