To effectively plan, manage and control the day to day operational activity of the domestic team at RSCH Hospitalthrough a team of DomesticSupervisors.

• The key role is to ensure that the domestic services are delivered to the required hospital standards.
• To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year's performance.
• To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
• To coach/support the Departmental Supervisors in the financial delivery of their domestic standards.
• To carry and monitor internal domestic audits.
• To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility.
• To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.

Who you are:
Our ideal Domestic Team Leader will have:

• At least 3 years of domestic supervisory role experienceand healthcare awareness
• IT Literate
• Delivery through people

• Business Awareness
• Interpersonal Skills with strong influencing skills
