Front of House Apprentice
We work on a shift pattern of lunch and dinner which are approximately 12-3pm and 5-11pm for the foreseeable future The Tilbury is closed Monday and Tuesday giving consistent days off each week.
We would train you to progress with your role starting with the basics assisting with service for example
Running food and drinks and polishing.
We will build your skill set enabling you to grow in your role and take on more tasks
for example
Barista coffee training
wine service
serving drinks.
Through time and growth in knowledge you will run your own sections in the restaurant being responsible for the full experience of the dinners. You will work closely on the floor with The Managers and Owners giving you exposition to years of knowledge and passion.
