The Assistant Trading Operational Managers (ATOM) have responsibility for managing the day-to-day in house trading operation at the University of Exeter’s Streatham and St Luke’s Campuses. These trading formats include, but are not limited to, Retail Catering, Residential Catering, Retail Shops, Hospitality, Conferencing and Events & Licenced Trade.
This role will be focused on our Licenced Trade where our student and event venues are spread across our campuses, operating during the day, 7 days a week until 2am. Our incredibly busy, unique venues require a candidate that is service-orientated with the ability to thrive in an energetic and dynamic environment.
You will make a significant contribution to the achievement of the following aims:
- ensuring students receive the highest quality student experience
- developing standards which ensure the service is at the forefront of the industry
- delivering a financial contribution to ensure continuous investment across the University’s estate
