  • Previous management experience.
  • Previous chef experience required.
  • Experienced in working in a fast paced environment.
  • Retail and commercial skills are a must.

  • Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.

What you'll be doing:
Chef Manager - Leeds

Up to £30,000 per Annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday role, 7am - 3:30pm, no bank holiday working and closed over the Christmas period.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ChefManager based in Leeds. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff and customers whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they canpossibly be.

As the Chef Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.You will need to build an excellent relationship with the client making sure their needs as well as contractual needs are met to the highest standard possible.

As Chef Manager, you will:
  • Be responsible for ensuring we deliver to high standards, with a flair for developing new and modern menus, taking inspiration from the latest food trends
  • Complete all required book work and make sure all compliance requirements are met
  • Work closely with Manager developing theme days, and promotional and marketing opportunities which "wow" our customers, making their workplace a great place to work and enjoy the food offer.
  • Have an eye for finances, ensuring all relevant budgetary controls are achieved and maintained and will be responsible for implementing and adhering to all required food safety and health and safety standards.
