• Previous experience in managing a catering outlet
• Solid HR skills and proven ability to lead people
• Previous experience with Nexus and on line ordering ideal
• Level 2 qualification in catering ideal.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
• Motivated by a passion for quality andservice delivery
• Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
• Computerproficient

Catering Manager - Ansty

Up to £31,200per annum (DOE)

Monday-Friday Role

We would also consider a Part Time role - 10am - 2pm (salary pro-rota)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our team in Ansty, Coventry.

As the Catering Manager, you will enjoy getting the best out of people, you draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting your team. You will be providing a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met.

As Catering Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring we deliver to high standards, with a flair for developing new and modern menus, taking inspiration from the latest food trends
• Complete all required book work and make sure all compliance requirements are met
• Overseea team of 6with the day to day operation of a busy unit,monitoring the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
• Work closely with Contract Manager and your on site team, developing theme days, and promotional and marketing opportunities which "wow" our customers, making their workplace a great place to work and enjoy the food offer.
• Have an eye for finances, ensuring all relevant budgetary controls are achieved and maintained and will be responsible for implementing and adhering to all required food safety and health and safety standards.
• Supportchefs on site by overseeing stock takes, managing portion control and increasing margins.
• Oversee additional hospitality requests in line with client needs.
