As a Reception and Reservations Manager at Searcys you will effectively lead and manage the reception team towards exceptional standards of operation, manage department resources and manage processes in line with company and client policies. You’ll also develop business and deliver department financial targets as per set budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures for Reception & Reservations, including new policies that don’t conflict with existing company policies.
  • Produce daily reporting, weekly timesheets, rotas, forecasting etc.  
  • Ensure booking platforms are correct on a daily basis, and upcoming weeks reviewed
  • Ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to and to ensure that all employees are trained to uphold the conditions of the premises and liquor licenses.
  • Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
  • Be willing to help other departments wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures as written in the staff handbook.
  • Manage the Booking Platforms, EPOS and Vouchers systems, ensuring accurate coms between them.
  • Ensuring the team is inputting any information to the agreed standards to produce accurate reporting. 
  • Attend the HOD Meeting and daily operations meetings.
  • Represent Searcys At The Gherkin in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
  • Ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy.
