Salary – £60,000 plus amazing bonuses

This is an unmissable opportunity for an experienced, high-energy operator to run the iconic flagship Be At One Birmingham New Street.

Our New Street site is infamous around Birmingham. It offers a truly unique experience and memories guaranteed in our basement bar. Be At One New Street is not only perfect for a cheeky mid-week after work session and boogie, but also is a destination venue for birthdays and other celebrations. Be At One is known for its fantastic parties and is the favourite venue amongst not only the office workers in the area, but also the local industry

Cocktails being a huge part of what we do, it is a fantastic opportunity to drive the early sessions with our renowned Happy and Appi hours. This site is a flagship for a reason: always buzzing, a strong late night operation and a late license 7 days a week. With a fully trained and experienced bar team comes an amazing and interactive guest experience.

We’re looking for a charismatic and dynamic General manager, someone who really ‘gets’ what a premium quality offer looks like; passion for making memories through the team, and atmosphere is essential, outstanding operational and product standards, and a passion for fantastic guest experience.

You will be able to drive sales through innovative marketing, maximising pre-booked sales and developing reasons to visit by using social media to its’ full potential.

At Be At One and Stonegate, we’re looking for an inspirational leader with a true belief in recruiting great people, training, and coaching them to develop an exceptional team that has a passion for working in a cocktail industry and delighting their guests.

As a flagship Be At One and Stonegate venue and it requires an experienced General Manager of minimum 3 years in both late night and wet led businesses with high pre-booked sales.
