Commis Chef apprenticeship
Food preparation and service.
Assist with menu planning, creating recipes,
ordering, food and costing,
deliveries, stock control, and control of wastage.
Daily tasks including preparation and cooking of breakfast and lunch menus, dishes from the specials boards and also menus from functions.
Tasks also include the maintenance of Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures/ systems.
