NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE FOR AGE IS PAID. an Commis Apprentice, you will be involved in the preparation and execution of all of the menus 31 the Quay provides to its customers. From learning the art of making croissants for our brunch menu to refining skills for the chefs menu on the evening, there will be little stones left unturned in terms of knowledge and development.Working a 4 day week, successful candidates will be introduced to all aspects of the kitchen. By working closely with the head chef, he will ensure you are in an environment where you can thrive in learning different sections and produce which has seen former apprentices now establish themselves as integral pillars of the kitchen team.Successful candidates will learn a vast array of new and classical cooking techniques as well as gain an understanding of the importance of working within a team. 31 the Quay operates Wednesday - Saturday and only open for dinner service on a Friday & Saturday Evening.
