More about the role:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure all displays, counters, fridges and vending machines comply with company and statutory requirements
  • Actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
  • Promote good safety habits and methods of work
  • Treat everyone with professionalism, care, and respect
  • Communicate with the customers honestly, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area
  • Maintain temperature records as required and report and variance
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are maintained and accurate
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your manager

  • Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally at all team levels

  • Understands and has knowledge of the Client Food Program
  • Ability to learn and effectively implement directives
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Passion for food and customer service
  • Strong communicator that can confidently speak at the team and middle management levels within the business
  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes standards of operations
