The role will include all duties in the kitchen. This will cover food preparation, setting up for service, lunch and dinner service, food quality and presentation, health and hygiene practices, cleaning, washing up, The shifts will be varied and incorporate most Saturdays. Your training will incorporate working at different sites to give you a better understanding of the varied environments. We include meals whilst you’re at work so you ave the opportunity to taste and enjoy what we have to offer.
