Catering Services operate Catering facilities across the Parliamentary Estate operating in a variety of cafeterias, bars, dining rooms, and conference and events venues. Waiting staff will be required to work within a team serving food and drinks, supporting the Supervisors and Chefs to ensure the smooth and effective running of their area.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and works effectively as a team member; understands the team goals and objectives; offers help to team members and responds willingly to requests for help. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of what this looks like; the ability to respond quickly to the needs of different groups of people. Be able to delivering a high standard of service in line with the objectives of a business.
