Are you looking to start a new apprenticeship? Do you have an interest in customer service? An exciting, new opportunity has arisen for a Repetition Apprentice to join the team at the wonderful Crimdon Dene Holiday Park. Learn the skills and work towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Reception Qualification.
Reporting to the Holiday Sales Manager, you will be required to deliver an effective holiday sales service including pre-arrival, check-in and departure processes, to all customers ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded in order to provide customers with the best holiday sales journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To prepare welcome packs in time for guests arriving to ensure a smooth check-in process to increase customer satisfaction.
- Conducting pre-arrival calls to guests ensuring they have all relevant information including park location and the check-in process.
- Check-in guests upon arrival in a professional and timely manner in order to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Taking payments from customers and ensure that the money is accounted for and stored in the correct place.
- Providing all customers with up to date and accurate information in regards to the park, entertainment schedule and local attractions.
- Conducting courtesy calls and visits to guests after they have checked-in to ensure accommodation exceeds accommodation.
The successful person will:
- Have an interest in working with travel and tourism or completed a travel and tourism qualification.
- Be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and over the phone.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have good administration skills.

Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
