Alchemy & I & Cecily Spa are looking for new members to join our concierge team!

We are looking for Hosts who will take on the responsibility of meeting and greeting clients, preparing beverages, processing food orders and ensuring the client expectations are consistently exceeded. 

What we're looking for:

• High standards and customer satisfaction. Deliver Luxury.
• Able to deliver and observe excellent customer service and experience.
• Approachable, adaptable, and gives “a feel-good-factor”
• Passionate and looking to grow your career
• Knowledge of computers and booking systems (preferred but not essential - full training will be provided!)
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work shift pattern rota (late nights and weekends)
• High level of experience in the hospitality industry, preferable bar/cocktail making experience
