Linen Porter - live-in accomodation available

As part of our Housekeeping team you will be critical in the guest standard delivery and making the best impression to our guests during their stay or visit through your impeccable cleaning standards. You will be responsible for all linen  and will maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the linen room, bedrooms and public to create a pleasant environment for our guests.

You will be involved in duties such as:

Implement & respect chain's SOP

Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter

Register stock in & out

Organise linen & welcome product stores

Refill housekeeping trolley

Participate in the opening and closing of the department

Ensure guest safety

Knowledge and skills required

Training & Basic knowledge of hospitality

One-year experience in hospitality Ability to understand and follow guidelines Knowledge of health & safety procedures -Conversational English &Basic housekeeping technical skills
