Detailed Job Description

Situated high in the Malvern Hills, The Cottage in the Wood offers epic and unforgettable views of the Cotswolds, Vale of Evesham and Severn Valley. With panoramic views from floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto the terrace in the warmer months, the 2 AA Rosette awarded 1919 is a destination by itself. Head Chef Mark Redwood is delighted to prepare innovative and beautiful dishes, bursting with local and fresh flavours.
The Cottage in the Wood are searching for a passionate individual to be part of their award winning chef team, learn the trade and gain a Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
At The Cottage In The Wood they believe in developing their staff and helping them with career progression in the business.
They will help you to get to the next level.
Duties to Include -
Food Preparation & Cooking
Supporting the team during service
Taking responsibility for Food Safety & Health and safety
Assist in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Skills Required

Qualifications Required

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process. You have to be aged 16 years or over you also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education.
