General Manager - Burger King @ Newcastle Airport
At SSP UK we are now recruiting for a talented General Manager to lead our team at Burger King at Newcastle Airport.

We are the leading operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and food courts in travel locations. Established for more than 60 years, our operations feature a mix of food and beverage brands tailored specifically for each location. You will be joining a world-leading food service organisation with superb learning, development and progression opportunities, operating over 400 stores in the UK alone.
As a General Manager you will take ownership for the quality of service from your teams and the financial performance of your store. Your role will be to give direction, leadership and coaching to your team and ensure brand, operational and financial targets are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, managing and a diverse team of people in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or similar quick service food environment.
- Knowledge of the standards and structured processes required to work within a globally recognised brand.
- Previous experience of the financial controls required when running a unit - P&L, GP, labour and waste controls, driving sales, speed of service and ATV.
