We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate to join us at the prestigious 5th floor rooftop restaurant Sky by the Water. We are currently looking for a Full time Bartender (40 hours per week).

The successful candidate will:

• Be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and late finishes
• Previous experience as a bar tender is preffered and cocktail making experience is desirable,
• Make drinks and cocktails at our prestigious 5th floor rooftop Bar
• Greet customers/guests, answering any questions they may have
• Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company
• Procedures, processes and health and safety and hygiene regulations
• Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement
• Till operation and cash handling
• Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses etc from customers ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly
• Be warm and professional
• Be a confident and effective communicator, who can demonstrate their ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and customers
